Little Panda Match 4 is a tile-matching puzzle set in a bright cartoon world, with a panda as your companion through the levels. The rule is the familiar one: swap neighbouring pieces so three or more identical objects line up, and the group clears while new pieces drop in from above. What gives each stage its shape is the pairing of a target with a move limit. You are not clearing the board for as long as you like, you are trying to remove a set number of particular objects before your moves run out, which turns a relaxed pastime into something closer to a small logic problem. Sessions are short and easy to pick up between other things, and the artwork stays soft and friendly rather than busy. It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone.

How to Play Little Panda Match 4

Click or tap one piece, then the piece next to it, to swap them; on desktop you can also drag a piece into place. A swap only works if it creates a run of three or more matching objects. Check the target shown for the level and your remaining moves before each swap, since every swap counts whether or not it clears anything.

Tips and Tricks

Read the target first. Clearing lots of pieces feels productive, but only matches that include the required objects move you towards finishing the level.
Make matches low down on the board where possible. Pieces falling from above often form chains on their own, and those extra clears cost you no moves.
Look for a line of four or five rather than settling for three, especially when the same objects are clustered together — you get more from a single move.
When you cannot see a useful match, scan the board column by column instead of hunting at random. It is slower but far more reliable than swapping hopefully and losing moves.
