Let's Color Noob is a digital colouring book featuring blocky characters of the kind found in sandbox building games. You pick a character, choose your tools and colours, and fill in the picture however you like. Stickers are available on top of the colouring for anyone who wants to go further than flat colour. The useful part is that progress saves, so a picture you have spent time on is still there when you come back rather than starting again from a blank outline. There is no score, no timer and no way to do it wrong, which is exactly what a colouring game should be. Let's Color Noob works well for children and equally well for anyone who wants something undemanding to do with their hands.

How to Play Let's Color Noob

Click or tap a colour to select it, then click or tap the area of the picture you want to fill. Different tools can be selected from the toolbar, and stickers are placed by choosing one and tapping where you want it. Your work is saved as you go, so you can leave and come back to it.

Tips and Tricks

Block in the large areas first, then work on the details. Filling small sections early makes the big ones harder to judge.
Try the different tools rather than sticking to the first one. They each behave differently and change how a picture looks.
Use stickers sparingly. A few placed well look better than covering the picture with them.
Leave a picture and come back to it. Progress saves, and returning with fresh eyes often shows you what to change.
