How to Play El Clasico

Control usually switches to the player nearest play, so keep an eye on which shirt you are steering. Your shot follows the direction you are facing as you strike, so line up before you hit it.

Tips and Tricks

Pass into space ahead of a teammate rather than straight at their feet; a moving player is much harder for defenders to shut down than a stationary one.
Use the width of the pitch. Dragging play out to the wing pulls defenders across and opens a gap in the middle for a cutback or a shot.
When defending, stay between the ball and your goal instead of running at the ball carrier. Committing to a challenge too early is what leaves you chasing back.
Shoot across your body towards the far post rather than blasting at the keeper. Angled finishes from the edge of the area beat central efforts more often.
