About Cut For Cat Game

Cut For Cat is a rope-cutting physics puzzle in which a piece of candy has to reach a hungry cartoon cat. Each level hangs the sweet from a set of ropes, and slicing them in the wrong order sends it tumbling past the cat instead of into its mouth. Balloons lift, bubbles float, magnets pull and pockets of airflow nudge the candy sideways, so most stages are less about speed than about working out which anchor to release first and when. Sessions are short and self-contained: a few seconds of study, one quick cut, and either success or an instant retry. What gives Cut For Cat its character is the way those props combine, since a balloon that helps on one screen may carry the candy too far on the next.

Drag the mouse across a rope to cut it, or swipe with a finger on a phone or tablet, as Cut For Cat plays the same way on desktop and touchscreens. Click or tap props such as balloons and bubbles to pop them, and let magnets pull the candy towards them. Guide the sweet into the cat's mouth to clear a level, and restart if it drops out of reach.

Tips and Tricks

Read the whole screen before touching anything. Work out where the candy will end up after each cut, because the first rope you slice usually decides whether the rest of the level is still solvable.
Use swing rather than straight drops. Cutting while the candy is moving towards the cat carries it much further sideways than cutting while it hangs still.
Hold on to balloons and bubbles until they have done their job. Popping one the moment it appears often wastes the lift you needed a second later.
Treat magnets as a pull that starts before contact. Time your cut so the candy passes within range at the right angle, and be ready to break the pull with another cut if it starts circling.
